First Ornament Started

I do not have a picture yet but I am half way finished stitching the first ornament. I have the first three and just saw the forth one on Anita's blog. Can't wait to get it in my stash.
I have been watching the disaster in Japan, my heart goes out to them and all who have not heard that their loved ones are safe.

Need help

This is the first time I've posted to anything... the one thing I find is missing from Brooke's instructions for the heart is how to do the spider web rose. I've done other embroidery before, so I know a lazy daisy, but not the rose. Can anyone explain that here? I won't have pictures of mine for a little while, as that is yet another skill I'm still far from mastering.
